WEAVE é o último trabalho de Josephine Nightingale, uma artista que há muitos anos chama "casa" a Barão de São João.
WEAVE é uma combinação de uma história pessoal e de criação...Com voz, percussão e guitarra numa fusão de blues roots com folklore latino...um tear de histórias cuja hora chegou!

Sobre a Josephine...
A Josephine trabalha com a voz e o ritmo incluindo blues, gospel e música bem roots. Canta para contar histórias que tem dentro de si e também para resgatar as raízes ancestrais que nos dão poder e reconexão com algo maior. O canto é o seu principal veículo de expressão e também ensina expressão vocal (em breve na Moagem!).

Josephine Nightingale is an artist that has been calling Barão São João "home" for many years! Weave is her latest work, a combination of personal and created stories woven into one...
voice, guitar and percussion in a fusion of roots blues with latino folklore...a pat work of stories waiting to be told!

About Josephine....
Josephine's work is centered around voice work and rhythms and includes blues , gospel , roots music. She sings to tell the stories which live within and discover the ancestral roots connections which give us power and reconnect. The song is the main medium and she also teaches voice expression and release (soon at Moagem!).

About Gustavo...
Gustavo is native to Argentina, and now Portugal, but has spent many years travelling and learning diverse rythmns and songs, centred around south American and Latino folkloric, Afro Samba , Cumbia, to name a few. In the timeless style of some of the best South american artists, he sings and plays guitar and accompanies with percussion his own band Vizinhos.
