Descobri as terapias alternativas e energéticas quando me propus mergulhar no meu auto-conhecimento e busquei respostas sobre aquilo que via e sentia. Acompanhada pelo meu 6o sentido, tenho percorrido estas áreas com o fundamento de curar em mim o que há a curar, consciencializar-me e transmutar o que for necessário. Considero-me uma comunicativa inata e por isso mesmo tirei uma formação tecnológica de comunicação, publicidade e marketing. Tornei-me auxiliar de farmácia pela MA Escola de Formação Técnica Especializada na área da Saúde e Educação, estagiei em farmácia e tive a oportunidade de trabalhar numa ervanária. Foi ai que se abriu o caminho para a Naturopatia (Naturopata pelo Instituto de Medicina Tradicional, formada em Naturopatia e Ciências Tradicionais Holísticas). Uma eterna apaixonada por estas áreas fez com que a sede de conhecimento me levasse a vários portos: Homeopatia, Terapia Floral, Massagem, Auriculoterapia, Reiki (Mestre de Reiki em 2014 e Coordenadora do Núcleo do Estoril pela Associação Portuguesa de Reiki, trabalhando directamente com crianças e famílias carenciadas), BioConsciência, Libertação de Cordas com os Anjos, Biodanza, Tantra, Xamanismo, entre outros. Foi no tantra e no xamanismo que me deparei com a cura no feminino. Procurei estas duas últimas vertentes para me curar de relações e de problemas físicos causados pelas mesmas. Juntei os meus conhecimentos, fundi-os e propus-me a uma grande viagem interior. Mais recentemente, estudei PNL e Hipnoterapia, o que me fez entender melhor a mente humana e perceber assim como atrair para a minha vida o que pretendo. Percebi que mais do que estudar e apenas saber, há que integrar para materializar. Só assim podemos ver e sentir a mudança que tanto ansiamos no mundo, porque essa mudança não é nada mais nada menos que uma extensão daquilo que nós somos. Com isto, é na base dos meus conhecimentos e história de vida, que consigo ajudar de melhor forma aqueles que me procuram, encaminhando-os para um estilo de vida mais saudável e consciente, onde se trabalha corpo, mente e espírito.
