Do you ever feel that parenting is sometimes challenging or stressful? Do you ask yourself whether you're being too strict or not strict enough? Do you question how effective punishment is? Do you worry about whether you're a good parent? Do you sometimes struggle to manage your children?
Come and discover a different approach to parenting that is focused on connecting with your children, helping them develop a healthy self-esteem and encouraging respect within and outside the family.
The objective of the programme is to introduce the concept of Conscious Parenting, as well as to cultivate increased self-awareness and listening skills, through mindfulness and practical exercises.
During this programme, we will explore topics such as different models of education, managing emotions, empathy, mindful listening, punishment, blackmail and rewards.
About the facilitators:
The program is facilitated by Aziza Tria, who is a Coach and has a Masters in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She was trained in Conscious Parenting by Mikaela Övén author of “Educar com Mindfulness".
Lucy Gerardin develops and facilitates Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence programmes. She is a trained MBSR instructor (UCSD) and has been practicing meditation for over 15 years.
Valérie Quéré, former child protection advocate, has been trained in child Play therapy and Sandplay therapy. She is also a Reiki practitioner
