Midnight Zen Meditation on the Rooftop

This year make it different and join us in Estoril for a magical midnight meditation guided by Catia Pereira on a gorgeous rooftop overlooking the stars and the sea. This in an opportunity for you to remember and accept both the good and the bad moments for the past year. Let's create new energy through acceptance and find serenity and peace within our heart, mind and spirit. The meditation will be followed by a gathering with warm organic tea, Port wine, the traditional Bolo Rei, fruits, bliss balls and other goodies.
