ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
We all have distant goals, plans we will do 'one day', but the gap between dreaming and actually doing can be quite wide.
We empower you to bridge that gap by giving you practical tools to get to know yourself better by understanding the unique constellation of your skills and areas of potential in relation to your goals.
The workshop is designed to give you a framework which you can apply in your daily life to maximize your skills so that you can move smoother & faster in the direction of reaching your objectives in any area of your life, from career to personal relationships.
During the workshop WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN:
- Identifying your Core Skills
- Getting a clear picture of what your goals are
- Learning advanced techniques for Goal Setting
- Creating your own unique Skills to Goals roadmap
Through tools based on cognitive-behavioral restructuring and fun-packed self-discovery exercises, we guide you in taking steps to defining and moving towards your MIGs (most important goals).
HOW IT WORKS
We use techniques inspired by CBF (Cognitive-Behavioural Framework) and REBT (Rational-Emotive Behavioural Framework) and from creative frameworks used in the work with actors, directors and writers.

WHO ARE WE?
We are two women, Dagmar Baumunk and Paula Pascu, who are passionate about human development and empowering others to make positive changes.
We have degrees in psychology and the creative disciplines and many years of experience in career counseling and creative coaching.
WHEN?
Sunday, 10 December from 16h to 18h. The workshop will be followed by a networking tea party.
WHERE?
At cozy Bookshop Bivar, where we will be inspired by the soothing presence of thousands of books.
