We are delighted to bring a beautiful conscious dance concept to Algarve community:

Ecstatic Dance is a gathering of dance tribe. This event is happening all over the word and gives opportunity for dance lovers to meet and fully celebrate the power of dance. No matter what age, nationality, profession  or how good dancer you are - we create a space for you to open up and dance it out! 
Its a free-form dance journey leaded by a DJ - taking us into into different emotional states by mixing various styles of high vibrational conscious music.

Guidelines:
Barefoot
Move however you wish, 
No talking on the dance floor, 
Respect yourself and one another 
Drug & alcohol free space

What is Ecstatic dance?

“Ecstatic Dance is - what you make of it -a freeform movement space where: dance expands, spirit activates, boundaries melt, boredom ceases, creativity breaks out, hope happens, beauty flows, communities collaborate, ritual is reinvented, harmony resonates, The beat deepens as an electronic tapestry of world rhythms weave us together as individuals within a greater family” 

During the workshop we create a safe space when you can go deep into dancing followed by release process of your sucked emotions , allowing natural joy come to the surface. Surrendering to therapeutic power of dance and music you always experience what is needed for you at the present moment. Be ready to welcome all type of emotions!  
We will connect with each other, go through warm up exercised and move on to freedom emotional dance guided by a specially selected conscious music (DJ Jussi).
