Greengo-Weed lovers,soldiers of bass and sonic vibrations , these are two brothers with a passion for slow and massive rhythms!! Redemptus-Redemptus is a sludge\post-metal band from Portugal, formed earlier in 2014! The band features Paulo Rui, vocalist of the punk\grind band Besta, of the French doom band Verdun and ex-Eak, now on the bass and vocals, Miguel Santos ex-guitar player of the rock bands Wild Tiger Affair and Lazy Lizard and Marcos Martins, drummer of the post-rock\ambiental band Juseph! In February 2015, their first studio release, consisting in nine tracks, combining dark ambiences and atmospheres, filled with gloomy riffs and dramatic vocalizations, screaming out loud all the rotten matters of mankind existance, that goes by the name "We All Die the Same", was brought to life, after being recorded, mixed and mastered by DaniValente at the Caos Armado Studios! Over this period of time, they've been touring, playing big festivals and venues such as Amplifest, SWR Barroselas, HardClub Porto, Teatro Municipal Rivoli, sharing the stage with bands like Neurosis, Oathbreaker, The Secret, Mantar, Entombed A.D., Torche, amongst others of celebrated calibre. In June 2017, they recorded a split cd with Basalt (Brasilian band), that goes by the name "Altântico", again recorded and mixed by Dani Valente but mastered by Jack Shirley, who worked with bands like Oathbreaker, Deafheaven or Loma Prieta, at The Atomic Garden Recording Studio in the USA. By the end of 2017, more precisely on the November 17th, they will release their newest work "Every Red Heart Fades to Black"! This new album consists in ten tracks of celebrated darkness, once again recorded, mixed and mastered by DaniValente! Redemptus carries a big influence from bands such as Zozobra, Old Man Gloom, Converge, Cursed, Isis, AmenRA, just to name a few! † Redemptus at your door †
