The term "ashtanga" comes from the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, where it refers to classical yoga's eight (ashta)-limb (anga) practice. The eight limbs are (1) restraint, (2) observance, (3) posture, (4) breath control, (5) sense withdrawal, (6) concentration, (7) meditative absorption, and (8) "enstasy" (which literally means to "put together" or "bring into harmony"). This eight-limb method influences Ashtanga Yoga developed by K. Pattabhi Jois from the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya. Join this class to learn the basics of this step-by-step method and to integrate all the limbs into your practice. > Members and staying guests Use your subscription card >Non-members Drop-in class for 15 EUR 3-Class pack for 38 EUR We offer daily morning and evening classes, MON to FRI & Saturdays too :)) Please send us a message for more details about our daily class schedule and other subscripton plans and packages.
