It’s the time to connect, to spread loving kindness, to enjoy, to celebrate, and also to receive. Join us at the beautiful and peaceful Casa do Limoeiro for this one-day (re)treat away from the city and get in the mood for Christmas. Our intention is to create a space for connection and reconnection, where we can gather, share and enjoy the return to our true Self.
In the morning, a playful yoga practice will take us on a never ending discovery of body and mind, to deepen the awareness and to release all tension and stagnation. After we have physically created more space for positive life energy and joy in our bodies, we will be served a delicious vegetarian lunch for even more nourishment. In the afternoon we will do a walking meditation through the rolling vineyards around Casa do Limoeiro, connecting with Mother Nature, followed by some tea and cake. And to complete this (re)treat day, we will sit in meditation and contemplation, to then enjoy the deep vibrations of a sound journey. And of course, there will be a few little Christmassy surprises!
