Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR):
The demands of our daily lives can be stressful and at times overwhelming. You will learn how to better manage your emotions, remain calmer under stress, be less emotionally reactive and more compassionate with yourself and others.
This is an 8-week programme that is integrative, participant-centred approach to stress management.

Lucy Gerardin draws on her corporate management experience, research and formal protocols, to develop and facilitate Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence programmes. She has a degree in Marketing Management and trained as an MBSR instructor with the University of California San Diego Center for Mindfulness and the SIYLI Engage programme. Lucy is a trained Iyengar Yoga instructor and has been practicing meditation for over 15 years. She is passionate about teaching Mindfulness practices to help people live happier, more compassionate lives.
