A melancolia elegante da sua música flui naturalmente nos exoesqueletos rítmicos da house e do techno - como o céu enevoado e skyline fria da capital britânica cobrem um mundo de interacção humana fervilhante e quente. O espírito da cidade flui através de si e Maya transforma a metrópole de volta; em tempos uma clubber ávida na Room 1 do Fabric, hoje uma das DJs por trás das míticas compilações do mesmo clube. 

DJ Kicks, 20/20 Vision, Mixmag, DJ Mag ou Resident Advisor estão entre muitas das outras instituições clubbing que também a abraçaram e hoje Maya percorre o mundo para criar viagens profundas, envolventes e futuristas com os seus DJ sets. Como produtora, pela honestidade da sua música, atinge frequentemente esferas muito mais alargadas que apenas o mundo da electrónica, e convive, sem o planear, com os limites mais aventureiros do mainstream. Maya Jane Coles is 100% London; versatile, multi-cultural and with her eyes set on the future. The elegant melancholy of her music flows naturally through the rhythmic exoskeleton of house and techno - much like the cloudy skies and cold skyline of the british capital cover a world of intense, warm human interaction. The spirit of the city flows through Maya and in turn she changes the metropolis back; once an avid clubber at Fabric's Room 1, she's now one of the DJs behing the club's mythical compilation series. 

DJ Kicks, 20/20 Vision, Mixmag, DJ Mag and Resident Advisor are among other clubbing institutions that have embraced her, and nowadays Maya travels the world to create deep, immersive and futuristic journeys with her DJ sets. As a producer, by the honesty of her music, she often reaches audiences much wider than just the world of electronica, accidentally rubbing shoulders with the more adventurous limits of mainstream music. At Lux, the Tagus will be her Tames and her mark will be left on us, intact in our memories.
