The Green Destinations Team is working hard preparing the Global Green Destinations Event where the 2017 Sustainable Destinations Top 100 will be unveiled. #GDEvents17
The event will take place during the GREENFEST, a large public festival on sustainability, attracting 4000-6000 visitors daily. One of the topics of the 2017 edition is “Green Travel”. The event is held in the Estoril Conference Centre (ECC) in Cascais.
This edition offers destination stakeholders the best opportunities to share success stories and exchange good practices among the world’s leading destinations in sustainable and responsible tourism. By joining forces with Greenfest 2017, we have strengthened the concept of staging the world’s largest sustainable destinations gathering of the year, building upon the successes of GGDD16.
