On October 20th and 21st, Vila Joya welcomes the “Rota das Estrelas – the Stars Route” again. The Stars’ Route unites all Michelin starred restaurants in Portugal and offers food lovers monthly culinary events during which starred Chefs demonstrate the gastronomy’s diversity in their restaurants.

Austrian Top-Chef Paul Ivić from restaurant Tian in Vienna will be in charge of the first night. He is one of the few vegetarian Chefs worldwide who hold a Michelin star for already five years.
On Saturday evening, all Portuguese two starred Chefs come together for their personal interpretation of “The taste of tomorrow – from origin to original crEATivity”.
