Enjoy daily yoga classes, beautiful healthy breakfasts and quality time to observe your mind and body nearby the sea and with gorgeous outdoor surroundings to explore. 
Stay in a discreet house recently renovated with a great panoramic sea view and a secluded garden. The proximity of Lisbon makes this retreat a good choice to complement with a few days in the capital city.

This retreat can start at any day of the week, just let House of Zen know your preferred arrival date so that your schedule can be adjusted accordingly as there are no yoga classes on Sundays.
