Looking for a great activity for you and your little one?
This NEW Yoga class is designed for babies and todlers on the move and those who love and take care of them! Dads, Moms, Aunts, Grandmas- all caregivers of all levels are welcome to experience a blend of yoga for the caregiver, and interactive poses, a bit of dancing and lots of fun with your little one.
This is mostly a class for caregivers to enjoy yoga in a safe space where it's okay for babies to be babies. The focus is on yoga to rebuild your core and open up shoulders. We do a little bit of baby yoga too depending on their mood.
No need to worry about finding a sitter, keeping you littie one quiet, or feeling rushed. This is a class that is flexible and fun and focused on you.
