Restore & Renew 1/2 Day Mini Retreat

Has the summer felt more like work than a vacation? Kids, family, out of town guest all needing your time and attention? Have you had any time for your Yoga practice lately?

If any of that sounds familiar then this mini retreat is for you. Tell your family you are taking a break and make some time for yourself to relax and renew. 

During the afternoon we will enjoy 3 different styles of yoga designed to lift our spirits, move our bodies, strengthen the immune system, reconnect with proper alignment, and help create peace in ourselves and our world. We will also enjoy a healthy afternoon tea/food break between classes.

Cost: 45€/person
