De Dentro para Fora questionamos, contamos histórias, mapeamos, valorizamos o que é e celebramos, identificamos focos de maior ou menor potencial, abrimos espaço para gerar clareza de propósito e de missão, alinhamos o ser com o fazer. To explore creatively from the Inside Out serves mainly our internal territory, generating fertile soil, resillience, health, vision, coherence and connection with ourselves, then with the other and with the environment that holds us and surrounds us. From the inside out we question, we tell stories, we map, value what is and celebrate, identifying points with more or less potential, opening up space to generate clarity of purpose and mission, aligning our Being with our Doing. We value what benefits us individually and the communication with the external world, with our peers, with the world!
