This NEW Yoga class is designed for babies and todlers on the move and those who love and take care of them! Dads, Moms, Aunts, Grandmas- all caregivers of all levels are welcome to experience a blend of yoga for the caregiver, and interactive poses, a bit of dancing and lots of fun with your little one.
This class is a combination of yoga for the adult that will include strength building poses, stretching, breath-work, and relaxation as well as fun and practical ways to incorporate yoga at home. Your little one will have time to practice some Yoga poses and play designed especially for them.
No need to worry about finding a sitter, keeping you littie one quiet, or feeling rushed. This is a class that is flexible and fun and focused on you.
