Looking for a great activity for you and your little one?
This NEW Yoga class is designed for babies and todlers on the move and those who love and take care of them! Dads, Moms, Aunts, Grandmas- all caregivers of all levels are welcome to experience a blend of yoga for the caregiver, and interactive poses, a bit of dancing and lots of fun with your little one. This class will include some strength building poses, breath-work, and relaxation, as well as fun and practical ways to incorporate yoga at home.
