We will have a lovely beach yoga practice with smooth vinyasa, breathwork and partner asanas this evenig. In the YogaFun classes mindfulness and cooperation is essential part of yoga practice, as well as playfulness and curiousity. If you like this spirit, join us. If suspicious about it, just try it and you decide then:)
