Join for a yoga class in Parque Eduardo VII surrounded by trees and twittering birds... wake up and connect body and mind.
Please bring your own mat. If you do not have one, you can rent for 2 EUR.
We meet next to Avenida Sidónio Pais and Restaurante Botequim do rei (north-east corner of the Park). Yoga class is held in english.
