Cultural manager and producer / Music Business Consultant / Founder, Belic Arte.Cultura (BR)

Adriana Belic is a cultural manager and producer. Belic is a Music Business Consultant at the National Council of Cultural Policies of the Brazilian Ministry of Culture. She is the founder and director of Belic Arte.Cultura (1995), which specializes in representing national and international artists, organizing careers, concert tours and special music projects, both in Brazil and abroad.

IVAN SANTOS (CV)
National Arts Director – Ministry of Culture and Creative Industries of Cape Verde.

Ivan Santos was the Director of the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports of Praia City Council, Cape Verde between 2012 and 2016. In 2016, Ivan Santos was invited to integrate the General Direction of the Arts and the Creative Industries, giving technical support to the Cape Verdean Ministry of Culture and defining goals, priorities and policies in cultural, artistic and creative industries field. 


CARLOS KESSEL (BR) 
Head of Cultural Sector of the Embassy of Brazil in Lisbon.

Carlos Kessel holds a degree in Architecture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and a Masters and PhD in Social History from the same institution. He’s also a published author. As a diplomat, he worked in the Cultural Department of Itamaraty and in the Brazil Embassies in Cape Verde, Chile and Portugal where he’s been in charge of the Cultural and Educational Sector since 2016. 


MANUEL SILVA (PT)
Programmer and Producer, This is My City – The Creative Festival (Macau)

Manuel Silva is a co-founder and director of Lines Lab (2006), a Macau-based design brand/lab that is active worldwide. He moved to Macau in 2002 to establish City Furniture Designers. In 2006, he co-founded the event This is My City (Macau), working as a curator and producer. Since 2011, his studio has been focusing on promoting and producing exchange programs to strengthen the cultural relations between Macau/China and Africa. In 2011, Miguel co-created the event Macau Fashion Link, and in 2016 he launched IMMO, a digital platform dedicated to enhancing the living experience in cities.


LUÍS VIEGAS (PT)
Co-founder, manager and booker, Ao Sul do Mundo, CRL (Portugal)
Luís Viegas has been working as a cultural producer and agent for almost twenty years. In 2002, he co-founded Smog, a production and management company with a roster that included Emir Kusturica & No Smoking Orchestra, Yann Tiersen, Hugh Laurie & The Copper Bottom Band, Blur, to name a few. In 2011, Viegas co-founded Ao Sul do Mundo CRL, a production, management and booking cooperative that manages artists like Selma Uamusse, Lula Pena, Rocky Marsiano, and Lisbon Underground Music Ensemble (L.U.M.E.), and is responsible for the international booking of Throes + The Shine and MEDEIROS/LUCAS. Ao Sul do Mundo has produced several Portuguese-speaking artists, including Alceu Valença, Tcheka, Dona Onete, Elza Soares and the European tour of Liniker & os Caramelows.
