Meditation, yoga, detoxifying food and a peaceful space will help you to relax in your centre.

The price is from 450 Euros for dorm, 550 Euros for double room, and 650 Euros for individual room.

This is the time where you can let go of all the ideas of how you need to be, and relax. Often it is not clear to us how relaxing looks like. There are all kind of ideas about what to do or what not to do.

In order to revitalize the body and mind, to gain new strength for day to day life we have to let go. But what is it, actually, that we have to let go of?

In this retreat we want to explore together what is keeping us stressed and uptight. Where does the drama start? What could be a root of the problem?

The Conscious Holiday Retreat is for people who want to get in touch with a deeper part of themselves in a relaxed and joyous way.

We offer: 

    Daily meditation   

    Daily Yoga with Pedro Morais

    Optional ritual trance dance with Jutta Weiske (additional 15 euros)

    Healthy vegetarian/vegan food that supports the body to revitalize - also the possibility to have only smoothies for the week, which will amplify the detox effect. 

    ‘awakened talks’, where we talk from a place of not having an idea. The invitation is to let go of ideas and the pressure to have to respond in a certain way. In this space we can explore our potential and can experience the unity of being truly together.

    ‘Walk for the senses’: Take off the veil and experience your senses to the fullest by being present while you are walking. You will be guided to put your attention on each sense individually. This exercise can help to reconnect to your inner self and can make you more aware of your surroundings. An optional sharing afterwards can deepen your experience in letting go to the moment.

    Trip to the sea/beach or local wild lake

   Watching a film with conscious talk afterwards

Between the activities there will be also time and space to be by yourself or to enjoy the company of likeminded people.

What is it that is making us suffer? Why do we identify with our past and our future so strongly? What is life about?
More and more people are starting to realise that the way they are living their lives is not making them happy. And in the end we are all looking for happiness! Only for that! We try to find it in friends, in our family in our partners, in our job….always on the outside…

What if true happiness comes from within?
True happiness is inherent in us – we ‘just’ have to rediscover it.

From a young age on we learn to act and behave in a certain way. These patterns and conditionings are deeply rooted in us and we compulsively act out of them. We think that we have no control over situations. Things just happen…
The mind has learned to like things and to not like things. According to a position, neuro-chemicals are sent out into the body, leaving us with pleasant or unpleasant feelings, which we then again like or not like. Our life is pretty much about wanting things or not wanting things. With this starts a wheel of suffering. There is nothing bad in wanting something…the problem starts when we get attached to a certain outcome. Then we begin to suffer.

 So what can be a way out of this?

One way is letting everything be as it is. This is what we will explore in meditation for example. But also while moving in daily life we can practice this art. Becoming conscious of how the mind works is a great key to understand our conditionings and to realise that we are not our thoughts and emotions. For this to happen time is needed. Time and a surrounding that supports this very recognition.

With our Conscious Holdiays we want to provide a space where people can be themselves and relax in a profound way while being with others. They can offer inspiration for your daily life on how to get out of habits that do not serve you and cause suffering for you and others.
