Join our Head Bartender Nelson de Matos in his quest to promote his signature cocktail “Glorious Preeminence” and raise funds to support António Aleixo Foundation. 

Through the evening you will experience a Mixology Masterclass followed by a five course degustation signature menu, paired with premium wines and cocktails. 

€125 per person

Evening Programme:

18h30: Cocktail Masterclass  
20h00: Five course degustation menu paired with wine and signature cocktails 
10€ from the dinner and 5% of the total cocktail revenue will revert to charity 
 
Menu includes:

- Amberjack marinated with yuzu and lemongrass with guacamole and soya merengue  
 - Spring Langoustine in "oliocottura" 
 - Fagottelli Carbonara 
- Stuffed Rack of lamb on corn crust and fennel cream 
 - Hazelnut planet
