Por que é que no dia-a-dia ela não pode ser assim? É essa resposta que poderás encontrar neste Retiro. Seguramente que, depois deste fim-de-semana, a tua capacidade sexual, a tua “tesão” e a tua sensualidade vão aumentar muito. Ver para crer, ou melhor, é experimentar para crer! Do céu só caiem presentes em época de eleições. Na vida real tu precisas de batalhar por cada pérola preciosa que tens ou queres possuir. Esta não é uma pérola preciosa, é um diamante. Vem expandir a tua capacidade de ter prazer!

Um Retiro é um trabalho de fim-de-semana, longe das tuas rotinas diárias, mais contigo, junto com pessoas com intenções semelhantes. De sexta à noite até domingo ao final da tarde, sendo que, à noite, ou no dia seguinte, voltas para casa. São utilizadas técnicas de bioenergética e meditação ativa, entre outras, para entrares em contato com a tua sexualidade e quebrar os bloqueios que te impedem de viver muito mais. Bioenergética e Meditações Ativas são exercícios que trabalham a respiração e os movimentos corporais, não teremos estruturas que incluem nudez ou sexo entre os participantes.

PRAMOD

Nascido em Portugal, pai de rapaz de 3 anos. Trabalha desde 2000 com Desenvolvimento Pessoal. Formado em Terapia Bioenergética pelo Centro Namaste em Porto Alegre, Brasil, onde viveu e trabalhou intensamente com Bioenergética e com a sua Sexualidade. Estudou e viveu no Centro Terapêutico Humaniversity, na Holanda. Inspira-se em Osho e na sua experiência com índios da Amazónia. Ensina e aprende Meditação Ativa de Osho, Artes Marciais e Contato-Improvisação. Estudou Engenharia Naval e tem um MBA.

Em 2000 Pramod cria os www.EncontrosDoUmbigo.com. Participou na fundação das escolas de Dança-Teatro-Performance www.c-e-m.org, do www.evoe.pt e www.sou.pt, e liderou a Associação Portuguesa de TAIDO. Em 2010 co-funda a BIOTribe, um Centro de terapia Bioenergética e Meditações Ativas.

ONDE?
A Quinta do Pouchão está localizada na Região do Centro, Distrito de Santarém, entre a cidade de Abrantes e a vila do Sardoal, a apenas 20 quilómetros a sul do centro geodésico de Portugal. Tem os melhores acessos rodoviários, nomeadamente autoestrada da Beira Interior (A23), a qual liga a autoestrada do norte, junto a Torres Novas, à cidade da Guarda, e que passa próxima a sul da propriedade.

É ainda servida pela linha ferroviária da Beira Baixa, com as estações de Alferrarede (a 5,7 quilómetros do solar, por estrada) com o serviço regional, e a de Abrantes (a 9,5 quilómetros) com o serviço rápido.

Em termos de distâncias e tempo de deslocação, a Quinta do Pouchão fica a apenas 1 hora e 15 minutos de Lisboa pela autoestrada (A1 e A23), ou a cerca de 2 horas por estrada (N118, N3 ou N2). Fica ainda a 2h do Porto (A1, A13 e A23), a 1h15m da Guarda (A23) e a 3h15m de Faro.

(Coordenadas GPS: 39º30’10,7” N / 8º10’06,5” O)

Instruções facilitadoras:
1º. usar a saída n.º10 da A23 (“N2, Abrantes Norte, Vila de Rei, Sardoal”);
2º. na rotunda da saída, voltar sentido norte para “Vila de Rei, Sardoal” via estrada N2;
3º. 900m à frente, logo no primeiro cruzamento voltar à direita para a indicação “zona industrial” via N244-3;
4º. 700m depois, voltar à direita no "Caminho do Pouchão", indicado com placa, caminho de terra com choupos altos;
5º. percorrer os 1.100m até à entrada do solar junto ao muro com o portão do lado direito.
 
Se vier do sentido norte pela Estrada Nacional N2, deverá voltar à esquerda no segundo desvio com a indicação "Zona Industrial" (oposta a "Casais de Revelhos"), após a vila do Sardoal.
 
Para quem resolver ir de comboio, existe a estação de Alferrarede (a apenas 5,7km do Solar) com o serviço R/IR, ou a estação de Abrantes (a 9,5km) com o serviço IC. Existem carros de aluguer (táxis) à porta das estações.

Are you living your true sexual potencial? Perhaps not. And it is our basis, deep rooted with our vitality, therefore it's importance of it is enormous. Didn’t you notice that all the economy revolves around sexual images? All societies have rigid rules based on sexuality, violence is shown in the open, while making love has to be hidden. Why do you think society represses sexuality so much? Satisfied and happy people cannot be manipulated or used, they are free people. Your life needs a lot, a lot more, and a better quality sexuality. If you look at the last time you were in love, you will remember that sexuality was much stronger then. Why is it that in everyday life it cannot be like this? It is this answer that you may find in this Retreat. Surely, after this weekend, your sexual capacity and your sensuality will increase a lot. Seeing is believing, or rather, trying is believing! Gifts only fall from the sky in the election season. In real life you need to battle for every precious pearl you have or want to own. This is not a precious pearl, it is a diamond. Expand your ability to enjoy pleasure!

A retreat is a weekend workshop, far from your daily life routines, toghether with a group of people with similar intentions. From Friday night until Sunday afternoon, then at night or in the next day you go home. Bioenergetics techniques and Active Meditation, among others, are used, to help you to get in touch with your sexuality and break the blocks that prevent you from getting more from life. Bioenergetics and Active Meditations are exercises that work with breathing and body movements, there will no nudity or sexual structures between the participants.

PRAMOD

Born in Portugal, father of 3 year old boy. He has been working with Personal Development since 2000. Graduated in Bioenergetics Therapy from the Namaste Centre in Porto Alegre, Brazil, where he lived and worked intensively with Bioenergetics and with his Sexuality. He studied and lived at the Humaniversity Therapeutic Centre in the Netherlands. He draws inspiration from Osho and his experience with Amazonian Indians. Teaches and learns Osho Active Meditation, Martial Arts and Contact-Improvisation. He studied Naval Engineering and has an MBA.

In 2000 Pramod creates the www.EncontrosDoUmbigo.com. He participated in the founding of the Dance-Theatre-Performance schools www.c-e-m.org, www.evoe.pt and www.sou.pt, and led the Portuguese Association of TAIDO. In 2010 he co-founded BIOTribe, a Bioenergetics Therapy and Active Meditation Centre.

WHERE?
Quinta do Pouchão is located in the Central Portugal, Santarém District, between the city of Abrantes and the village of Sardoal, just 20 kilometers south of the geodesic center of Portugal. It has the best road accesses, namely the Beira Interior motorway (A23), which connects the northern motorway, next to Torres Novas, to the city of Guarda, which passes near the south of the property.

It is also served by the Beira Baixa railway line, with Alferrarede stations (5.7 kilometers from the site, by road) with the regional service, and Abrantes (9.5 kilometers) with fast service.

In terms of distances and travel time, Quinta do Pouchão is only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Lisbon by motorway (A1 and A23), or about 2 hours by road (N118, N3 or N2). It is also 2 hours from Porto (A1, A13 and A23), 1h15m from Guarda (A23) and 3h15m from Faro.
