Healing Retreat: Reconnect with your inner strength in idyllic rural Portugal 

Come and join us in this lovely retreat centre in rural Portugal. We will reconnect with our essence, surrounded by nature that invites us to merely breathe and be. 
We will strengthen our inner core by awakening our soul, by listening to our heart and moving and singing from within. 

With the sound of the drum, we will synchronise our heart beats with the heartbeat of Mother Earth, taking us to our place of inner peace and healing. Using voice and movement we will integrate the encountered attunement and manifest our personal strength. 

We will explore our hidden layers through guided meditations, shamanic journeys and voice movement techniques that allow us to open up in a fearless and caring way.  
We will find and explore our power animal that may guide us at times where we are in need of support and holding. 

We have especially chosen this place because of its vibrant energy that allows us to be free and open to embark on this journey within. We will safely hold the group, creating enough space for everyone’s individual processes to unfold. 
The studio with its lovely views out into the garden and the birds invites us to be who we really are, truly believing in ourselves and diving into this healing journey.

Where: 
Casa do Limoeiro is situated 45min drive away from Lisbon, in the rural village Galega da Merceana in Western Portugal. This retreat centre wishes to promote the re-encounter of people with nature, allowing body and mind to align in a relaxing and comforting surrounding. 


Facilitators: 
Anna Grabner
With a passion for music (voice, piano, songwriting) and a background as a practicing psychologist in Austria, she was drawn to the idea of linking the two fields and found an inspiring match in voice movement therapy (VMT) in South Africa in 2012. As a registered voice movement therapy practitioner (VMTR), working in Portugal, she has found that the playful nature of VMT encourages people to unfold their personal stories in guided voice movement journeys. With her clients she is continuously exploring the vibrant ways of the voice and has witnessed profound transformation through this form of creative and authentic expression. 

Sofia Frazoa is a portuguese therapist, shamanic teacher and motivational speaker. She has been a shamanic practitioner for 10 years. She did her training in shamanism with the Foundation For Shamanic Studies in Portugal, with Shamanka in England (specific shamanic training for women) and with Sandra Ingerman (Shamanic Teacher Training in Scotland). In her trainings Sofia also focuses on urban shamanism and how to use it as a daily spiritual practice.


Investment: 
Price Early Bird - until 15th of April 2017: 170€ (includes: workshop, shared accommodation, coffee breaks, home-made vegetarian meals (1 on friday, 3 on saturday and 2 on sunday) 

From 16th of April 2017: 220€ (includes: workshop, shared accommodation, coffee breaks, home-made vegetarian meals (1 on friday, 3 on saturday and 2 on sunday)


Cancellation policy: 
In case of cancellation one month before the retreat: 100% of your investment is refunded
In case of cancellation 2 weeks before the retreat: 50% of your investment is refunded 
Nothing will be refunded after these dates. 
Should the retreat be cancelled by the facilitators then your investment will be refunded in total.
