Dear Yoga lover people in Lisbon area,
Christmas is a special period with global energies to stop, evaluate, make plans, feel love and gratefulness.
This week in Centro do Ser we would like to open a special place for this. We bring a tenderness program to our dear participants:
yoga, meditation, massage, and self awareness games to reflect on this year, and open windows to the next one.
The workshop will be led by Anna Linda Orosz, devoted yoga fun, teacher and psychologist.
Tusday: 6.30 - 8.15 pm
Thursday: 7 pm - 9 pm
Yoga mats, tea will be at your service.
Participation fee: 12 eur /workshop
