Language Exchange time! Sessions in: PT-ES ; PT-EN; PT-FR.
Set up like 'speed dating', you will be assigned a table number on arrival, opposite a native speaker of the language you are learning. You will speak Portuguese for 5 minutes and then the other language for 5 minutes and then move on to the next table. It is a great way to improve your language in an organised and easy going manner. It is also great for networking and meeting new people.

We start signing people in from 8:30pm hopefully everyone will be seated by 9.00pm we finish at 10.30pm. We can stay around after that for a chat and a drink!
Please be on time! It is a mess if you are not on time, as we will have the tables arranged already. ;)
SUPER QUICK FAQ:
1 - Is it speed dating?
No. We use the speed dating system for the language exchanges, which means one side of the table there are Portuguese speakers and on the other side native speakers of a different language depending on the section.
2 - Is it FREE?
YES!
3 - My level is not good, can I still participate?
Yes! The person opposite you is usually in the same situation as you. People come to help each other! So whether you are an absolute beginner or fluent in the language you are learning you can participate.
4 - What do I need to talk about?
Whatever you want! It is a very easy going environment... we also put conversation topics on the tables to help you out.
5 - What happens if there is an imbalance in the numbers?
If there is a case where we have more of one language then we do 2on1's. We never do more than 3on1's.
