“Kaleidoscope” - the psychedelic night experience in Lisbon is back in 2016.
Once again we propose to take you on a celebration of the Psychedelia culture through a trip of senses, colors and sounds, beginning in the 60s - with Syd Barrett, Love and Os Mutantes – traveling through Spacemen 3 and Sonic Youth, and reaching the new ways of Psych Music, reborn with Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Temples, Black Angels, Wooden Shjips, Jacco Gardner or La Femme.
This trip will be the 16th January, at Sabotage Club, at Cais do Sodré, Lisbon. This time, our guest music shamans will be Afonso Rodrigues (mystic wanderer from Portugal wild west, former radio explorer at Rádio Universidade de Coimbra, that now divides his time between books and music, member of Sean Riley & The Slowriders and Keep Razors Sharp) and Carlos Ferreira (also known by the name of The Gospel According to Glenn Pires and member of Asimov band). They will be joined by your usual host Dj a boy named Sue (21st century rock'n'roll gipsy time-machine) and by the two-screen video projections of Lena Huracán (expert in the art of painting images like sound mirrors and voodoo drummer from Brazil).
