🌀 Physical Theatre with Agi and Danai uses techniques from John Britton and Jacques Lecoq, mixed with our contemporary dance, biodanza, clowning, sports, and other facilitation backgrounds, as well as work based on the group's needs and dynamics.

The focus is on the performer with care and presence, inviting pleasure, building self-acceptance, and working with positive feedback only.

No previous experience is needed. Whether you know what Physical Theatre is or not, or you are coming from another movement or art background, you are welcome here. What matters most is your willingness to participate fully.

And remember:

You are enough as you are.

The group needs you exactly as you are.

Facilitators:

Agita - Works with intuition, feelings, levels of tension, natural body movement, physical theatre, dance, performative arts and a personal, never-ending curiosity and admiration of the beauty of people being their authentic selves. ”Physical Theatre is about knowing when to stop. It's about pleasure and enjoying what's actually happening.” @horny_about_life

Danai - A passionate improv performer with a background in physical theater, clowning and movement. Holds a degree in Sport Science and Physical Education, with various experience in facilitation of different groups, while creating a safe space for expression and self-acceptance. “Physical Theatre is a reminder to connect with my body and express through it, play with my different personalities, and connect with other people, whether I know them or not.” @meyouandwhooo
