2015's edition of project Vicente - a project Travessa da Ermida annual initiative which began in 2011 and has as them the city of Lisbon Patron, Saint Vincent, who has been interpreted in several ways by national and international artists and authors - deals with three intertwined themes: Sacred, Body and Image. The program, part of Lisboa na Rua/ Com'out Lisbon municipal initiative proposes a series of innovative artistic situations, by international creators for the first time in Lisbon. The invited artists are the Italian Alessandro Lupi, and the German Gabriele Seifert and Rochus Aust with its 1. DEUTSCHES STROMORCHESTER. Alessandro Lupi produces an ephemeral sculpture in the urban space of Travessa do Marta Pinto. Gabriele Seifert presents a video installation in the chapel, and a performance involving those passing by. Rochus Aust presents a Skype concert during the opening, connecting Lisbon tpZurich, as a preview of his installation for next year. The ceremony is about to begin! Every year, VICENTE is also a book, a set of essays with surprising perspectives, complementing each other while revisiting the myth in our time. The authors of the 2015 folio are Vítor Manuel Adrião, historian and esoteric writer; Moirika Reker, visual artist and landscape researcher; Paulo Borges, philosopher and writer; Fernando Poeiras, researcher in communication sciences and design; Philip Cabau, essayist in the field of drawing; Nelson Guerreiro, theatre author and performer. The edition includes original drawing projects by Vítor Galvão and João Carola as well as a special extratext dedicated to the opera CABARET VICENTE, by José Eduardo Rocha, premièred at São Luiz Teatro Municipal in 2014.
