Isto é, em toda a sua simplicidade, o que alimenta a minha pesquisa e a razão subjacente às minhas criações mais recentes. Este projecto centra-se numa pesquisa sobre os potenciais criativos latentes que surgem no cruzar de fronteiras entre diferentes técnicas e meios utilizados na produção de joalharia." Castello Hansen Grevie, Fevereiro, 2014 Formado em Joalharia pela Ole Lynggaard Aps em Hellerup, Dinamarca, e Mestre pela Royal College of Art de Londres, Inglaterra, Castello Hansen (1965) expõe regularmente desde 2000, na Dinamarca e no estrangeiro, em exposições individuais e colectivas. O seu trabalho foi distinguido com vários prémios internacionais e está representado em museus e fundações em países como a Dinamarca, Estados Unidos, Inglaterra, Suécia, entre outros. A exposição Traces. – The tale of a piece of jeweellery that got lost (Vestígios – Conto de uma jóia que se perdeu) é a terceira colaboração do artista com a Reverso que se iniciou em 2008. (29.05.15 — 26.06.15) "There are no limits to what one can know about jewellery, about the phenomenon and its culture, and there is no way one can predict the nature of the creative possibilities that awaits to be discovered if searched for with an open mind. That is, in all it’s simplicity, what fuels my quest, the underlying reason for this new series of works. The character of the project is a survey into the latent creative potentials that emerges by crossing boundaries between different techniques and medias used for jewellery making." Castello Hansen Grevie, February, 2014 With a degree in jewellery by Ole Lynggaard Aps in Hellerup, Denmark, and a Master by the Royal College of Art in London, England, Castello Hansen (1965) exhibits regularly since 2000, in Denmark and abroad, in individual and collective exhibitions. His work was awarded with international prizes and it’s represented in museums and foundations in countries such as Denmark, USA, England, Sweden, among others. This exhibition Traces. – The tale of a piece of jeweellery that got lost is the third collaboration of the artist with Reverso, which began in 2008.
