THE WORKSHOP
This workshop is dedicated to bringing the fine, tender and delicate sides of ourselves to light, and to giving space to our creativity by leaving the heavy and our preoccupations behind.
We will start with a Feldenkrais class by Nicole: gentle movement exploration, which helps to detect the fine structures and connections inside our bodies. After a short break, Séverine will guide us to transform these new sensations and emotions into an artistic production with materials related to the theme (mixed media: wire, textiles, paint, etc.).
You will leave, probably feeling tons lighter and with your own, fine creation.
THE ORGANIZERS
Nicole Schumann-Sizaret @fluent.pt is a certified teacher of the Feldenkrais Method. Her specialisation is working our creative skills through conscious movement exploration.
Séverine Morizet @severinemorizet is Graphic Designer, Art Therapist and passionate about pinhole photography.
Together they lead you through exploratory movement into expressing your sensations and emotions in a new way.
