Enjoy a summer day drawing sketches by the sea and authentic Cascais village!
We are going to spend the whole day enjoying Portuguese summer and taking sketches in the beautiful area surrounded by sea and authentic Cascais village with a group of like-minded people in a fun and relaxed environment.
During our art retreat you will create two illustrations under the guidance of expert artist using pencils and watercolor. The program is designed for beginners as well as for more advanced participants. Our expert artist will guide you step by step in order for you get a new hobby or improve your artistic skills.
At the end of our art journey you can stay for a lovely sunset by sea, go for a dinner at one of the regional restaurants or visit other places in beautiful Cascais.
Art Program:
We meet at 11:20 at the Cascais train station and go to a freshy spot by the sea Praia da Rainha to create our first ocean sketch;
Around 13:00 we will have a lunch break. We will enjoy traditional Portuguese food in an interesting restaurant close by. If you wish you can also make a quick food sketch during the lunch time;
After lunch we will find a nice place in the centre of a charming Cascais village, the Square of 5th October, to create another illustration that you can keep as a memory of your journey!
