This remarkable dinner series explores the art and artists of our time based here in Portugal.
The experience features a seasonal dinner with two artists, who will give talks about their practices and perform pieces of their works for us.
The evening is created to inspire guests to experience art as self-expression, a way to tangibly put the feelings, thoughts, desires, and dreams of this world into a physical moment shared by all of us.
We will come together at a common table in the private dining room at armázem souL, where conversation and exploration of the inner process of creating will be ignited by the artists and the perspectives of the guests.

Experience:
The evening will begin with the live painting of a large-scale work by Pascal (Pascie) - guests will experience how he achieves his colorful, abstract and visually striking oil paintings. Appetizers and conversation will follow as Pascal intimately shares with us about his process.
We will then enjoy dinner followed by a talk and an explorative performance by Rita, where she will immerse us in the sounds of her voice and her unique methods of playing the guitar - you will hear the sound of experimental, vocal freedom influenced by her Portuguese musical heritage.
Textures, colors, and shapes inspired by the symbolism and agriculture of Autumn will fill your plates in the form of a nourishing, plant-based meal paired with wine or tea.

PRESENTING ARTISTS
Rita Onofre is a singer and songwriter from Portugal, currently based in Lisbon. Raised in a music-filled environment, Rita started using music as self-therapy at a young age. In her work, the search for healing and release continues to be the propelling force.
Pascal Ontijd (Pascie) is a visual artist and nomad from the Netherlands, currently based in Sintra. Through his large-scale and immersive experimental paintings, he explores energy and rhythm from around the world on multiple levels.
