Sofia Boaretto and Luca d'Ortenzio will share their secret techniques and delicious recipes. 

These virtuous Italian chefs will talk about traditional “mama” cuisine while creating a special Italian dinner inspired by the finest local products.


Come enjoy this special open air dinner where you can try the best of italian food while enjoying the magical and wild atmosphere of Arrabida national park, fantastic sunset and sea view in a familiar environment that will transport  “al giardino di mamma”!

Menù: 
Starters: bruschette with handmade pesto and tomatoes, spiedini caprese and more
Main course: aubergine parmigiana 
Dessert: chef's surprise!

About the artists

Luca was born and raised in Rome, where he began his career as a cook by learning the typical Roman cuisine and combining it with his Abruzzo roots.  Then he moved to the Netherlands where he managed the kitchens of Italian and fusion restaurants. 

Sofia has a home education, passed on by her grandmothers and her father who is a cook, which she has always used to delight her friends with amazing dinner.
