O festival MURALIZA, surge para que muitos apreendam este episódio da história mais recente e artística de Cascais, aportando uma renovação deste estatuto, já algo esquecido ou desconhecido. O MURALIZA, pretende mais do que criar ‘graffiti ou street art’, deixando considerações sobre estes universos à margem, a pintura de murais de grande dimensão, onde a temática trabalhada será sempre CASCAIS, como uma exaltação às inúmeras e únicas características, lendas, património e personalidades desta região, configurando um novo ponto de interesse turístico e cultural à cidade. The MURALIZA festival, comes to seize this episode of the latest and artistic history of Cascais, bringing a renewal of this status, forgotten or unknown to many. The MURALIZA, wants more than creating 'graffiti or street art', leaving consideration of these universes on the sidelines, the creation of large murals painting, where the theme crafted will always be CASCAIS, as an exaltation to the numerous and unique features, legends, heritage and personalities of the region by setting up a new point of tourist and cultural interest of the city.
